We are not a large consultancy selling methodology frameworks. We are a small, focused Brisbane team that builds practical reporting around the operating pressure of the business. The goal is always the same: make the numbers easier to trust, easier to review, and easier to act on.
Why Roar Data exists
Roar Data was started by someone who lived the problem from the inside. After more than 20 years running operations in regulated, high-volume businesses — from the shop floor to the executive table — the same pattern kept showing up: leaders buried in spreadsheets, KPIs that did not agree, and performance issues discovered too late because the reporting could not be trusted.
Most providers understand the technology. Far fewer understand what poor reporting does to a leadership team — the wasted meetings, the second-guessed numbers, the decisions delayed because nobody is sure which figure is right.
That is the difference. We understand reporting from the leader's side of the table, not just the developer's side — and we build reporting systems leaders actually use to run the business, delivered through Power BI, business intelligence and reporting automation.
