A Brisbane-based healthcare provider was relying on multiple disconnected clinical, finance and operational systems to manage performance reporting across the organisation. Following implementation, manual reporting processes were reduced by 65%, while executive reporting cycles dropped from five days to just one day. KPI definitions were standardised across the organisation, improving transparency and data governance.
