Do you run public Power BI courses with set dates?
No. Every session is private, booked by a company or by a small group, and scheduled around your calendar rather than a fixed timetable. That is deliberate - a private session can be run on your own reports and your own data, which a public class cannot.
How long is a Power BI training session?
Half a day, a full day, or a session built around one subject. A half day suits a single focused skills gap. A full day covers Power BI Desktop foundations through to building a working report. A subject-specific session goes deep on one thing - DAX, data modelling, or Power BI Service and workspace governance.
What does Power BI training cost?
Training is priced per day and starts at $500 a day plus GST. What it comes to depends on how many people are in the room and how specialised the content is, up to around $2,000 a day plus GST for a larger group or a deep subject-specific session. You get the number before the session is booked. Note that training is the one thing quoted plus GST - the reporting diagnostic and build prices elsewhere on this site include it.
Is training delivered on-site or remotely?
Both. On-site works well for a whole team in one room, and remote works well for people across sites or for shorter subject-specific sessions. Neither costs more than the other.
Can training be based on our own reports?
Yes, and it is the main reason to run a private session rather than send people to a public class. Working on your actual data means the team leaves able to maintain the reports they actually use, rather than a training dataset they will never see again.
